Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of leadz.cc (“the service”), operated by XVN Web Services (“we”, “us”), contactable at [email protected]. By using the service you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Leadz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it fast and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be withdrawn.

2. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or behaviour.
• No attempts to breach security, scrape at abusive volume, disrupt the service, or access other users’ data.
• No use of the service to send spam or malware.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display it in order to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

5. Paid features

Prices are shown before you pay and payments are handled by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise (including your statutory rights), fees for time-limited digital services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. We may change pricing with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. If you use the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, giving notice where reasonable.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence). If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance.
